4. The body may relax into a parasympathetic state reminiscent of childhood, and participants may fall asleep.
5. The vibration may be more exciting than immersive to the nervous system; in case of anxious energy, placing the right hand on the heart will prompt assistance from a temple guide.
6. While this is a closed-eye experience, participants may have visions of the past or future.
7. For a brief period after the session, articulating thoughts and feelings may be challenging, indicating a high theta (Dream Frequency) brain state.
8. A profound sense of belonging and acceptance, both ancient and unfamiliar, may be felt.
